The private woman, Stephanie Alexopoulos, Alberta Law Society No. 26622 and the private men and women of Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel LLP acting in the roll of attorneys
and the minister, John Angus Lowndes, officially performing his function acting in his faith in Christ his directives and moral conscience.

Preamble
This is a private communication and agreement between private living men and women, entered into peacefully and in good faith.
It is not a statutory declaration, affidavit, or corporate instrument.
I, John Angus Lowndes, speak in my capacity as a living man, bound by my faith as chosen and ordained by Jesus at John 15:16 KJVB and engaged full time in exercising my conscience and duty therein as an Ezekiel 33 watchman with a duty to warn not use. You, Stephanie Alexopoulos, and the men/ women of (Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel LLP), herein, are addressed in your private and accountable capacities, as honourable men and women entrusted with public administrative duties.
This agreement arises under the equitable duty of truth and reconciliation commanded in Matthew 18:15–20, which requires private agreement to facts benevolent peaceful resolution between men.
1. Asseveration of my faith in Christ as my king and his identity
I hereby asseverate the following as true to the best of my knowledge, belief, and conscience:
All men and women in the world having faith in Christ existence are protected by and of a capacity to claim self-determination and exercise faith by observing the rules governing such assented to jurisdiction
ICCPR Article 18 (freedom of religion and conscience),
ICCPR Article 1 (right of self-determination),
ICESCR Article 1 (self-determination and dignity),
section 2(a) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and
relevant Canadian human-rights legislation concerning religious accommodation.
My faith requires clarity, truth, and integrity concerning my existence and Christ’s spirit as a living man, and I cannot consent to being addressed as a legal-fiction “person James 2:9 Matthew 15:9 KJVB.”
These beliefs are sincere, binding, and not subject to State interpretation.
2. Article 27 of the Vienna Convention
I asseverate that Article 27 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties states:
“A party may not invoke the provisions of its internal law as justification for its failure to perform a treaty.”
Because Canada is a party to multiple binding human-rights covenants (ICCPR, ICESCR), you, as the private man carrying out duties within the CRA hosting Canada and Parliament as it’s authority , cannot ignore or override these unalienable freedoms and rights on the basis of internal policy, procedure, or statutory definition hallucination.
This is not a challenge to your office; it is a reminder of your international obligations as a man entrusted with public duties.
3. The right of self-determination
ICCPR and ICESCR both begin with:
“All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.”
My faith in Christ existence with my given names is as his spirit led ordained minister. It is my identity as his bond servant. It is how I his minister am addressed, and the manner in which I am recognized is directly connected to this right.
I as his minister cannot, as a matter of conscience, accept mis-identification that conflicts with my spiritual faith grounded obligations.
4. The Duty of accommodation by the service provider and signatory is a required obligation to the benefit of all men and women
As a man/women acting in a public administrative capacity, you maintain the duty:
to recognize protected conscience,
to avoid intimidation or coercion concerning belief,
to accommodate faith based sincere demands to the point of undue hardship,
and to communicate with honesty and dignity between men.
Nothing in this agreement asks you to act unlawfully, refuse lawful duties, or violate your role.
It simply requires accuracy and respect in the manner of addressing me.
5. Terms of private agreement
I propose and asseverate the following terms of understanding between us:
That you, as the private man/women Stephanie Alexopoulos, and the private men and women of Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel (LLP) acknowledge receipt of this asseveration and its basis in international and domestic protections of conscience.
That future communications directed to me respect my identity as a living man and avoid fictional or corporate labels inconsistent with my faith s I cannot accept mail sent by legal fiction dead in law debtor coporations as they are persons of law .
That no communication shall imply that I must violate my conscience or scriptural obligations and that you are on notice to cease all assumptions of argument offensive to or restrictive upon the free exercise of my right of self-determination of faith in Christ
That this private agreement does not hinder lawful administrative communication, but ensures such communication respects protected rights of not respecting persons of law.
That all men and women act in peace, truth, and honour, consistent with Matthew 18:15–20.
6. Closing asseveration
I, John Angus Lowndes, make this asseveration freely, truthfully, and without malice.
I seek peaceful correction, understanding, and respect between men.
I trust that you, as private men and women with public duties, will honour these rights and engage accordingly as in two weeks I will conform our agreements with witnesses before announcing our invite to our glorious celebration of agreement in the newspaper.
