Dear private men and women acting as Councillors and Taxation Manager,
As an Ezekiel 33 watchman bound in duty to warn you of your obligations under your own codes, I address a serious violation of my rights and sincerely held religious beliefs concerning my land at #74, 52131 Range Road 210, Sherwood Park, Alberta. Without my consent, you have altered my name on official records for financial purposes, infringing upon my personal identity and contradicting my faith as guided by the King James Version of the Bible.
This unauthorized action has also frustrated any implied contract, rendering it void due to its conflict with my religious convictions.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, through the private man Eric Jones-Gatineau at the Sherwood Park RCMP Detachment (100, 51101 Range Road 222, Sherwood Park, Alberta, Phone: 780-467-7741, Fax: 780-449-1265, Email: eric.jones-gatineau@rcmp-grc.gc.ca), have confirmed this false oath complaint, documented in my February 21, 2025, report (RCMP File Number 2025-94256).
Specifically, the threat of a tax sale for my property at #74, 52131 Range Road 210 for non-compliance with demands issued by a man or woman acting as a Corporate legal fiction of Strathcona County is an act of extortion under Criminal Code Section 346, facilitated and personated by these false oaths. I do demand and do require that you respect my faith, correct this violation by redress and remission, and refrain from further actions that undermine my freedom’s , as detailed below. You may wish to reflect on “Canada the Illusion” on youtube to get a more detailed and provable analysis of history the fraud.
1. Violation of My Religious Beliefs
Your alteration of my name directly contradicts my faith, which prohibits me from being identified as a “person” in a legal or financial context, as this conflicts with my spiritual identity in Christ. The King James Version of the Bible, in James 2:9, states:
“But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.” Deuteronomy 1:17, 10:17, 2 Samuel 14:14, Matthew 22:16, Acts 10:34, Romans 2:11, and 1 Peter 1:17 KJVB concur.
This alteration reflects “respect to persons” for financial gain, which my faith condemns as unjust sin. My belief is sincere, and Ezekiel 33 compels me to point you to your Canadian human rights law ICCPR Article 1 —aligned with principles from United States v. Ballard (1944), recognized in Canada—only the sincerity of my faith, not its content, is subject to review. This violation is intolerable and must be equitably remedied and corrected immediately.
2. International Legal Protections
My right to define my existence as a man according to my faith is protected under international law, binding on Canada:
- Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) guarantees my freedom to practice my religion without interference.
- Article 3 of the ICCPR guarantees this right to men and women.
- Article 7 of the ICCPR guarantees my right to not be experimented on.
- Article 8 of the ICCPR guarantees my right to be free of any servitude.
- Article 9 of the ICCPR guarantees my right to liberty.
- Article 17 of the ICCPR guarantees my right to be free of defamation.
- Article 18 of the ICCPR guarantees my right to freedom of faith.
- Article 20 of the ICCPR guarantees my right to a small numbered affiliation of faith.
- Article 27 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties prohibits using internal laws (e.g., municipal policies) to justify breaching treaty obligations.
Your actions violate these commitments, and you are legally obligated to uphold my rights under these treaties.
3. Duty to Accommodate Under Canadian Law
The Alberta Human Rights Act (AHR Act) prohibits discrimination based on religion, a protected ground under sections 4 (services) and 7 (employment, if applicable). You have a duty to accommodate my religious beliefs unless it causes undue hardship, such as significant cost or safety risks. The Supreme Court of Canada, in Ontario Human Rights Commission v. Simpsons-Sears Ltd. (1985), established that service providers must adjust practices to avoid religious discrimination. Similarly, British Columbia (Superintendent of Motor Vehicles) v. Grismer (1999) extends this duty to public authorities like Strathcona County.
Your name alteration policy discriminates against me by imposing a standard that conflicts with my faith, and you have not demonstrated undue hardship to justify it. This breaches your legal obligations under the AHR Act.
4. Frustration of Contract and Religious Conflict
Any implied or assumpsit contract arising from the unauthorized alteration of my name is void due to its conflict with my faith:
- Frustrated Contracts Act: A contract becomes void if an unforeseen event renders it impossible to fulfill or fundamentally alters its purpose. The imposition of a name change that violates my faith is such an event, as I neither consented to it nor foresaw it.
- Syndicat Northcrest v. Amselem (2004): The Supreme Court of Canada held that contractual obligations cannot override sincerely held religious beliefs absent a pressing and substantial objective. No such objective exists here, nullifying any implied agreement.
- Kol Nidre: This Jewish prayer, while symbolic, reflects a broader principle I hold—that agreements conflicting with faith or made under duress are spiritually invalid. This reinforces my rejection of any contract tied to the name alteration.
5. Questionable Legal Authority
Your authority stems from the Oath of Allegiance and the Municipal Government Act (MGA), section 156, which mandates an oath of office for Councilors. The Oaths of Allegiance Act (RSC 1985, c O-1) prescribes the form of such oaths. The RCMP complaint (File Number 2025-94256), witnessed by Eric Jones-Gatineau, confirms that false oaths have been used, rendering your authority to enforce policies against me, including the threatened tax sale, ultra vires (beyond legal power) and constituting extortion under Criminal Code Section 346

Canada’s Constitution has never been ratified due to the failure to agree on section 23 evidenced by Meech lake and Charlottown Accords. Both failed to ratify the issue of section 23 so section 58 and 59 await’s attention as the Queen and now King have never assented to the Constitution. Canada has no ratified Constitution.
6. Specific Demands
I require the following actions within 14 days of receiving this notice:
1. Audit the Records to set up a return all of fraudulently achieved taxes upon my Property since it was registered plus 1/5 to equitably settle all matters per Leviticus 6:2-5: expunging my name on all official records to exclude any relationship with fraud or that which was achieved by fraud over my name as Christopher John [Buzinsky]’, removing any and all altered designations and registrations imposed without my informed consent or with the authority of a valid oath.
2. Cease Violations: Stop all actions that alter my identity or infringe upon my religious beliefs, my property, including but not limited to the threatened tax sale of my stewarded Church property at #74, 52131 Range Road 210.
3. Acknowledge Contract Nullity: Confirm that any implied contract from the name alteration and false oath authority is void due to its frustration in fraud and confliction with my faith.
4. Provide Written Assurance: Submit a formal commitment to respect my religious self-determination and accommodate my beliefs, per your duty to observe the AHR Act and international law.Ezekiel 33
5. If you fail to comply, I will pursue remedies, including a further complaint to the RCMP to add additional impetus evidence and reason for the active INTERPOL investigation (confirm with Cst Eric Jone-Gatineau) Act and potential legal action under Canadian and International law, with escalation the UN Human Rights Committee and JAG and the Courts in Rome as of the Vatican Motu Proprio offer of September 1st 2013.
7. Supporting Legal Precedents Ezekiel 33
- Multani v. Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys (2006): The Supreme Court ruled that restricting religious practices (e.g., a Sikh student’s kirpan) violates freedom of religion unless justified by safety concerns. Your actions lack such justification.
- Meiorin Test (1999) (BCGSEU v. British Columbia): Discriminatory standards must be rationally connected to a legitimate purpose and reasonably necessary—criteria your oath deficient policy fails to meet.
